Cinnamon Apple & Maple Smoothie
- 2 cups apple sauce (you can even dice apple to add more texture and flavor)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp nutmeg (if you want)
Place all of these ingredients in a blender until they reach a smooth consistency. It should serve 2.
Banana Lime Smoothie
- 1 banana (If they want, the kiddies might enjoy mashing the banana with their hands)
- 2 cups limeade
- 3 Tbs. coconut milk
- 1 cup lime sherbert
- 1 cup ice
Place all of these ingredients in a blender and set blender at 'mix' for thirty seconds. Next, let it blend on 'smooth' until it's reaches a fine consistency. You may stir to help with the mixing. Should serve 3-5.
Chocolate Raspberry Mint Smoothie
- 2 cups milk
- ¼ cup of instant cocoa mix
- ½ tsp peppermint extract
- 1 pint of ice cream
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
First, heat the milk for just under 1 minute on high in the microwave. Pour milk into a container, add the cocoa mix, and place in the blender until smooth. Add the mint, raspberries, and ice cream and continue blending.
